“Grow a beard faster and stronger” – wait, what is this…magic?
Despite their somewhat lofty claims, VitaBeard is able to pull through in just about all regards.
The first supplement of its kind, VitaBeard is designed not only with your overall health in mind but also with the health of your beard in particular in mind.
From start to finish, the product is designed with one goal and one goal only: to help you grow your beard faster. And to help make your faster-grown beard thicker, fuller, and healthier.
So what’s our verdict on VitaBeard? Does this beard growth product actually stimulate facial hair growth? Read our VitaBeard review below to see whether or not this beard supplement worked for us.
What is VitaBeard?
The short answer is as we mentioned above: VitaBeard is a dietary supplement formulated to improve the health of your facial hair. And the company behind VitaBeard (Do Vitamins) claims that a healthier beard grows faster and stronger than ever before.
VitaBeard contains a mixture of nutrients designed to improve the health of your beard. Chief among these are vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12. The supplement also contains lesser amounts of iodine, zinc, and magnesium.
Some would argue most importantly, though, is the inclusion of a fair amount of vitamin B7, or biotin.
Biotin is called “Vitamin H” by some, meaning Vitamin Hair, because some believe it is vital to the hair growing process.
As you can see, VitaBeard contains a lot of different nutrients. (Check out the ingredients list in the photo set here to see all of them). In fact, Do Vitamins recommends replacing your daily multivitamin with VitaBeard. That’s right – this supplement not only helps grow your beard, but it also helps you improve your overall health as well.
But that’s not all there is to VitaBeard. The supplement also minimizes beard itch. Because facial hair grows from the inside out, and because VitaBeard nourishes this facial hair before it reaches the surface of your skin, the supplement is able to naturally regulate oil production on the skin underneath your beard. This is very difficult to successfully do with the bulk of beard grooming products on the market today.
About Do Vitamins
So what about Do Vitamins (the maker of VitaBeard)? How do they fit into the picture?
With a long line of popular dietary supplements ranging from VitaBeard to PurePump (pre-workout formula) to DailyD (vitamin D3 formula) to Regulator (fiber formula) and more, there is no denying that Do Vitamins is doing something right.
And that “something” is not only creating top-class supplements, but it’s also taking a different approach to business. Rather than focus solely on the money and mass production, Do Vitamins focuses on the customer instead. They take a boutique approach to the supplement industry, producing their products in small batches and focusing the bulk of their attention on customer service instead.
On top of this, Do Vitamins places a 100% quality commitment on their products. For starters, their entire line (including VitaBeard) is GMO-free. The entire product line is also vegan, except for select products that contain fish oil. Do Vitamins is all about perfections. They don’t cut any corners when designing their dietary supplements.
So Does VitaBeard Actually Work?
Alright, alright, the question you’ve all been waiting for: does VitaBeard beard growth supplement actually work?
The short answer is yes. But it’s a bit more complicated than that.

For starters, the actual smell of the VitaBeard pills is hard to get around. They smell very strongly of something…sort of like garlic. So you have to be somewhat dedicated to continuing to down these bad boys day in and day out.
But down them and you’ll see results. At least as far as beard health is concerned. After one month of taking a single pill per day, we can say with confidence that our beards were nicely thicker, fuller, and healthier. In particular, we noticed far fewer split and broken ends during the growth process. Keep in mind this is versus the month previous when we used no multivitamin.
With that said, we can’t exactly say whether or not VitaBeard actually helped our facial hair grow faster. We’re tempted to say that it didn’t. At the same time, however, it created the illusion of faster growth by making the hair that did come in thicker, fuller, and healthier. And in reality, this is the only way that we know of to grow a beard faster.
Top Beard Growth Tips
Ready to take the plunge and try VitaBeard for yourself? Then there are several things you can do to help your beard grow thicker, fuller, and healthier.
The most important thing to do is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This extends from your diet to regular exercise to getting enough sleep at night. The healthier you are, the faster your beard will grow. Better yet, the healthier it will be.
It’s also important to remember to take VitaBeard every night for at least 30 days. Just as a beard doesn’t grow overnight, VitaBeard doesn’t work overnight. Don’t take this supplement with a clean-shaven face and expect to be fully bearded the next morning. It just doesn’t work like that. We urge you to make at least a 4-week commitment when using this product.
Finally, follow the directions on your bottle of VitaBeard to a T. Although the recommended dose is 3 capsules per day, you could take one or two if you really wanted to. Just wouldn’t be getting the full dosage. VitaBeard also recommends taking the beard growth supplement with water and alongside a meal if possible.
At the end of the day, we recommend VitaBeard to any man struggling to grow their facial hair to their preferences. We also recommend it to those men with already full beards that are looking to step things up to the next level.
Like all things, it’s important to remember that VitaBeard works differently for everyone. It’s not going to provide the same results for every man. With that said, there is no reason not to give it a go and see how it affects your beard. Even if it doesn’t speed up facial hair growth, it’s sure to benefit the overall health of your body in a variety of other ways.
